Our Team

 

Steven April – Owner/Manager at Sam since 1989, and has many certifications.  Steve and his wife Valerie have two children.  When Steve is not busy here at Sam, he loves to go fishing, and spend time with the family.  Steve is very active with Easter Seals and has been inducted into the VIP group, also is on the Pay It Forward team. 
Rob Camann – Owner/General Manager since 1989 and is married to Jen. Together they have made their home in Manchester.  Robs certifications include Firestopping, Refrigerant, and Gas Fitting.  When Rob is not at Sam he enjoys a good game of golf.  Rob has been an active VIP and Team Pay It Foward  member with Easter Seals for 2 years.
Dawn Lemieux – Office Manager at Sam for many years.  Born in Lowell, Mass., Dawn moved to Manchester, New Hampshire and received her associates degree in accounting from Hesser College, and is continuing her BS degree.   Dawn is very well organized and enjoys her family of  3 girls and 3 boys,  a cockapo, and a west highland terrier.
Shane Lemieux – Estimator.  Started in the HVAC field in 2008, but soon proved to Sam that his estimating ability was far more beneficial to the company. Shane is married to Dawn, and is raising their family in Manchester.   In his spare time Shane loves to play video games.
Lou Kammer – Operations /Project Manager here at Sam. Born in Niagra Falls, NY,  Lou comes to Sam with over 42 years of experience in the industry.  He has 3 grown children, and 7 grandchildren.  The oldest grandchild is attending Northeastern University, and the youngest is enjoying playing softball.
   
   
   
Stuart Lindh - HVAC technician. Stuart was born in Manchester has been employed doing HVAC with Sam for 6years.  He has 8 years experience in the HVAC field.  When Stuart is not working he enjoys spending time with his family.

Brenda Hamel - Office Assistant. Brenda was born in Manchester, currently lives in Hooksett.  She has 2 children Aaron  and Stacy. Husbands name is Gordon. They have  a big  dog named Recees a mix of Rottweiler and Bernese Mountain Dog who passed away in Sept. 2010. Upon passing,  Recees  brought to the family  a new big dog named Harley, 3 years young, and a mix of NewFoundland/black lab.   Together they also have 6 children and 6 grandchildren. Brenda has 36 years office experience with 26 in  construction.

Tim Gregoire - Master Plumber ,Tim has  been with Sam Mechanical for three years.  Tim was born in Manchester and is married with two children.  He currently holds a Master Plumbers license in Maine and  New Hampshire, and a journeymans license in Mass.  He also has certifications for Osha 30 Safety, Hilti Training, Confined Space Training and holds a New Hampshire gas fitters license.  When Tim is not working hard at Sam Mechanical, he is coaching little leaque for his son Kyle's team.
Marc Courchesne - is a 6 year journeyman, and has been with Sam for 4 years.  Marc lives in Manchester is married and has a son, and a German Shepard.  When Marc is not working he spends his time watching and playing football and hockey.
   
Kevin Friel - Born in Ontario, Canada.  Kevin came to Sam Mechanical Services 4 years ago with his Masters in Plumbing.  Kevin is married and has 3 children, whom he enjoys on his time off.  Kevin also likes to play hockey and golf when he can.  Kevin also plays the mandolin in a band as well as the vocals.
Photo coming soon Jeremy Ferriter – Jeremy is a plumber and has been with Sam for well over 3years.  His certifications include the osha 10, and  Firestop installation certification.

  Phil Nault - HVAC Technician, comes to Sam with approximately 17 years experience in HVAC and has many certifications also EPA 2, Two stage compressor certifications through Trane, Wirsbo, and Track Pipe. He lives in Manchester and in his spare time enjoys video games.

James Kenney – James is in his 2nd year apprenticeship in plumbing.  He has 7 years in HVAC and has been with Sam since 2008.  James has his certifications which include osha 10. In 2009 His family  had an  addition , a baby girl.  Also the pet of the family is a boxer named Mickey.    When James is not at Sam Mechanical he is enjoying his new baby girl , and taking Mickey out for long walks.
