Manchester City Hall and the Manchester Carpenter Library are currently having new boilers installed.  SAM Mechanical was awarded this contract and installation is currently underway.

   SAM is happy to annouce that they have been  awarded the plumbing and HVAC portion of the Riverside Commons Project . Due to open in the Spring 2011, Riverside Commons is a historic mill complex which is situated along the Nashua River in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. These  mill buildings were constructed between 1886 and 1907. Renovations are underway for 176 residential units.   The units will range in size  with 29 one bedroom units, 127 two bedroom units and 20 three bedroom unit. A  river walk will be constructed along the Nashua River which will then connect to a new nature park across the river to be constructed by the Massachusetts Trustees of Reservations.  For more information on this river walk and nature park go tohttp://www.thetrustees.org/ NORTHEST REHABILITATION HOSPITAL, PEASE TRADESPORT, PORTSMOUTH, NH Northeast Rehab Hospital is a new Project  Sam Mechanical has started the HVAC and plumbing.  The hospital will be operated by Northeast Rehabilitation Health Network, and will be known as "Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital at Pease." This new 33 bed inpatient  rehabilitation hospital will serve the acute rehabilitation needs of the seacoast of NH, ME and MA. "The North East Rehab at portsmouth has been a great project for Sam Mechanical. The intricacies of the this project has challenged us all to be able to adapt to changing technology.     The Londonderry Fire Station has  started and Sam Mechanical has been contracted to install  plumbing and HVAC.

  Glenridge Housing in Salem has been underway for awhile now and Sam Mechanical was awarded this contract to do what they do best, and that is installations of plumbing and HVAC. This is the ongoing project in CTSam Mechanical was originally brought in to Sims on the zero liquid discharge initiative.  Currenty there are only a few zero discharge systems, and when Sam Mechanical has completed this system it will be one of the first on the East Coast.  Through value engineering Sam Mechanical was also able to assist Sims in the areas of a process steam boiler of quality control HVAC lab system and make up air control system to not only temperature but to keep fresh air in the main warehouse.  Sam Mechanical is able to help Sims in several areas by project management and working along side to help achieve the most user friendly end product.  Above are  pictures of the boiler room, lab fans, 10,000 gallon poly tank delivery, and piping to the boiler.
